To query your inbound, you can choose from the described criteria and combine them in various ways. Unless the operator uses selected criteria, the total content of the mailbox appears, whereas maximal the last 100 lines are displayed as default. The following criteria are available:
•Sender (logical mailbox address)
•Internal eXite® interchange (from – to)
•Recipient (logical mailbox address)
•Date (from – to)
•Time (from – to)
•User message class (e.g. INVOIC)
•Application reference number (reference from the interchange envelope)

▪Forwarded: The interchange has been forwarded, but there is no receiving acknowledgement from the recipient's provider so far
▪Delivered: The interchange has been forwarded and a receiving acknowledgement has been received
▪Pending: The interchange has been forwarded, but there is no receiving acknowledgement for more than 12 hours
▪Error: The interchange has been forwarded and negatively acknowledged by the recipient's provider
