Query Inbound

To query your inbound, you can choose from the described criteria and combine them in various ways. Unless the operator uses selected criteria, the total content of the mailbox appears, whereas maximal the last 100 lines are displayed as default. The following criteria are available:

Sender (logical mailbox address)

Internal eXite® interchange (from – to)

Recipient (logical mailbox address)

Date (from – to)

Time (from – to)

User message class (e.g. INVOIC)

Application reference number (reference from the interchange envelope)

Status

Not picked up

Picked up

Not picked up since 1 day

Not picked up since 2 days

Not picked up since 3 days

Not picked up since more than 3 days

Data type

EDIFACT

XML

Others

Gateway status (for messages sent to recipients behind X.400 and AS2 interconnections)

Forwarded: The interchange has been forwarded, but there is no receiving acknowledgement from the recipient's provider so far

Delivered: The interchange has been forwarded and a receiving acknowledgement has been received

Pending: The interchange has been forwarded, but there is no receiving acknowledgement for more than 12 hours

Error: The interchange has been forwarded and negatively acknowledged by the recipient's provider
