The menu item “Inbound” is useful to identify the received messages in the user mailbox.
With this function, you can trace the received messages 14 days in retrospect. The interchange-information of messages older than 14 days is reorganized and cannot be seen in the inbound anymore.
However, eXite provides functions/services to permanently monitor the interchange-information of the received/sent messages:
