The logical mailbox is an additional identification of the physical mailbox. The user may define any amount of logical mailboxes dedicated to one physical mailbox. Furthermore it is possible to pool all logical mailboxes to one physical mailbox within the Online Services. The following figure shows the hierarchical structure of the two different types of mailboxes.

 

 

To search for a particular address either the logical mailbox or the name must be entered. It is possible only to enter a part of the text and use "%" as a wildcard.
