For each contact person the following details can be added:

•Name

•Function

•Location

•Telephone

•Fax

•E-mail

•eXite user-id

•Language

•Internal information

 

It is recommended to add at least one contact person (which can also be a virtual person). That way, if that an important information has to be sent out, the company can be contacted properly.

 

 

By pushing the button “change alterations” the information will be stored.

By pushing the button “delete” the selected contact person will be removed from the list.
