Message Numbers

You can specify rules for assigning the numbers of invoices, despatch advices and delivery notes. Numbering starts with the first number, goes subsequently until the last and the restarts at the first. The next number indicates, which number the next message will be given.

You can only deactivate automatic assignment for invoices. The numbers of despatch advices are always assigned automatically, but you can chose to assign the same number to the delivery note.

Fiscal Number

The fiscal number should be added when doing business with german companies. This number is assigned by the german tax office.

Logo

Using the search-button you can chose an image which is displayed as your company's logo. Just select the desired file and click OK.
