If an outbound query is requested by the user the following tracking information will be received:
Besides the document header data (sender, recipient, user message class) there will be a timestamp which shows when the data has been stored in the recipients mailbox, or at a gateway mailbox (to be forwarded to another EDI system). Another timestamp displayes the exact date and time when the recipient has collected the data. In case the recipient is not an eXite® user there is a timestamp which shows when the data was handed over to another interconnected system. If a document is still residing inside the recipients mailbox, the field collection time is empty. This information including the data volume is displayed for every interchange that was sent during the last 14 days. Filters may be used to shorten the result of such a query.
