If an inbound query is requested by the user the following tracking information will be received:

Besides the document header data (sender, recipient, user message class) there is a timestamp which shows when the data has arrived at the mailbox. Another timestamp displays the exact date and time when this particular document has been collected from the mailbox. If a document is still residing in the mailbox, the field collection time is empty. This information including the data volume is displayed for every interchange that has been received during the last 14 days. Filters may be used to shorten the result of such a query.
