The following screen shows the configuration possibilities for a mailbox outbound surveillance, which sends an alert if messages in your outbound aren't collected from the designated recipient for a certain amount of time.
•Inbound surveillance active - Indicates if the currently configured surveillance is active or not.
•Alert a single interchange only once - Indicates if each sent and not yet collected interchange should be separately alerted.
•Timespan to collect interchanges is not OK - The amount of time after which the not collected messages by your partner should be alerted.
•eMail address(es) - The address, where the alert should be sent to.
•SMS - The mobile phone number where the alert should be sent to.
In the case of outbound surveillance it is also possible to apply the surveillance to a list of special recipient-GLNs, which means that only messages sent to one of the recipients in the list should be alerted. Furthermore the "Timespan to collect interchanges" can be configured per recipient-GLN.
