Received Messages

Messages to be received, that are orders and receiving advices, can have the states new, open and finished. A message you just have received has the state new until you firstly open it. Then it gets the state open until you explicitly mark it as finished. This means that you have finished processing of it.

Messages for Sending

Messages that are created for sending can have the states created, finished, in Outbox and sent. A message is in the created state until you mark it as finished, what means that its checked. When moving it to the outbox, the EDI message is created and the message will be sent when you click a send button next time. After sending is completed, the message is in the sent state.
