In the position list you have the possibility to search for specific items by using the search-icon which is shown on the right side. After clicking it, a popup window is displayed in which you can enter the information you know about the item you search for. After clicking search, all items matching your input are displayed in the list below. To display all items again, just click on the appropriate status tab.
