To import a certificate, click on the Import button first. A page is shown that lets you select a file. Chose the correct one and click OK.

A window opens which prompts the password for the keystore.

The next page in the popup lets you select the certificate, in case the file contained more than one.

If its password doesn't match the keystore password, it is prompted, too

Then the imported certificate will show up in the list.
