Based on the GS1 Logistic-Standards Editel Austria runs a system for exchanging electronic business documents. This system is called the eXite® platform.

 

The eXite® platform enables exchange of business documents between business partners using the standardized EANCOM format. This allows central management and organization of this data and therefore fast processing. Identification of the involved partners is done using worldwide unique GLNs (Global Location Numbers).
