A despatch advice confirms the sending of goods and is the electronical counterpart of a delivery note. The usage of despatch advices can be configured in the corporation master data. A despatch advice can either be created by using the new button or from an order using the despatch advice button. In the first case, an empty despatch advice is created. In the latter, the data from the order is adopted for the despatch advice.
