•All EDI data is treated strictly confidential. Only the very highest support level has access to the actual EDI data on a need to know basis.
•All employees working in the eXite® support area had to sign non-disclosure agreements.
If data has been sent to a business partner using eXite® and it has been successfully transmitted, eXite® guarantees that the data is available for this partner. Using the eXite® Online Services it is furthermore possible to monitor what happens to the data at any time, e.g. if the business partner received it or not.
