eXite® is a High Availability Service that runs fully mirrored parallel in 3 professional IT centers

The eXite® IT centers are operated by IBM and T-Systems, and correspond with the IT center quality level TIER 3+

eXite® is in a position to offer a minimum availability level of 99,8%

 

 

eXite® is an Open System

Every eXite® user (owner of a user-ID) can communicate with all other eXite users

At the end of 2008 some 6.000 companies in Middle and Eastern Europe were direct users of eXite®.

eXite® has roaming agreements with some 50 other EDI providers worldwide

eXite® is connected to the traditional communication world of X.400

eXite® is connected to all Austrian and several Czech banks

eXite® is connected to the Austrian social security system to allow the instant registration of new employees.

eXite® offers access to virtually every EDI partner worldwide

 

 

Confidentiality

All EDI data is treated strictly confidential. Only the very highest support level has access to the actual EDI data on a need to know basis.

All employees working in the eXite® support area had to sign non-disclosure agreements.
