When sending EDI documents to a partner, the user may request an acknowledgement. Such an acknowledgement is created the very moment an EDI document has been taken out of the eXite® mailbox by the recipient or forwarded to another EDI service that is interconnected with eXite®.
Two different types (formats) of acknowledgements are available.
•EDIFACT acknowledgement
•XML acknowledgement
